    Head east to a brick house and find a [_BOTTLE_] on the porch.

    In the house to the north, sneak around to the woodshed to find an [_AXE_]. Proceed to the roof to kill an enemy and find the [_MYSTERIOUS WEAPON REPLICA_].

    Go to the multi-story house to the north. Climb the ladder on the southeast corner to the second story. Trigger the TRIP WIRE, then immediately retreat and prepare for a WITCH attack. Defeat the Witch to obtain Green Gel.

    Past the tripwire, collect [_BOTTLE x2_], [_HANDGUN BULLET x4_], a [_SYRINGE_], and the [_SHOTGUN AMMO POUCH 1/4_].

    Return to the house the Witch was in (336 Cedar Ave). Inside, find [_BOTTLE x2_] and a [_SYRINGE_] in the bathroom.

    Retrace your steps, listening for the ghost's humming, and return to the EXIT door. Use the keycard to escape.

    In the bedroom (past the TV), find the shadow with [_FILE 10/40_]. Continue searching the house until you are transported back to the mental ward.

Tips
  • When encountering enemies near a fire bottle, shoot the bottle to cause an explosion that can kill multiple enemies.
  • The Witch in the multi-story house is tough and cannot be back-stabbed. Use a combination of weapons to defeat her.
  • The ghost in the Sealed Hospital Ward cannot be killed. Avoid her by hiding and running. Listen for her humming to gauge her proximity.
  • The ghost encounter triggers a new random event where the Ghost may appear while exploring Union. If this happens, run back to a cleared area and wait for her to disappear.
  • Be thorough in searching houses for files and items, as many are hidden.
