    If you have the Flamethrower, use it on Laura. Fire is her weakness. This method also grants the "I'll Take You Down Myself" Silver Trophy. Use controlled bursts to conserve ammo. You will need approximately 110-120 ammo total, so crafting may be necessary.

    Run around and turn the two levers on the outside edges of the area to stoke the fire in the pipes. This takes time, so using a Freeze Bolt on Laura first is recommended.

    Look for the yellow switch. Pulling it activates flames in the middle of the area. Use a Shock Bolt to get Laura stuck in the middle before flipping the switch.

    After defeating Laura, a cutscene will play, ending the boss encounter.

    Shoot the red explosive barrel under the stairs and proceed past it for a crate with [_WEAPON PARTS x100_]. Check smaller cases for [_HANDGUN BULLET x5_] and [_SHOTGUN SHELL x3_].

    Go back outside and jump down. You will encounter wax-based enemies. These are tougher than the Lost. Sneak kill all three to drop the barrier.

    Loot the area: [_BOTTLE x2_] by the vans, [_HARPOON BOLT x2_] in a car, [_GUNPOWDER_] on a dumpster, [_SHOTGUN SHELL x3_] by the rubble, [_HANDGUN BULLET x5_] on a bench, and in the house on the left: [_NAILS_], [_BOTTLE_], [_HANDGUN BULLET x5_], [_SHOTGUN SHELL x3_], and a [_SHOCK BOLT_].

    Continue on and you will be forced into a lower area with more enemies (4-5). You can use exploding bolts, harpoon bolts, handgun ammo, or the two exploding barrels in the area.
