The Stormgate area in Elden Ring is a critical path leading into the Stormhill region of Limgrave. While it is heavily guarded by various enemies, including Trolls and Soldiers, it is notable for the absence of any friendly NPCs or merchants within its immediate vicinity.

Players can find a Site of Grace near the entrance to serve as a checkpoint. The path itself is narrow and features barricades, making it a challenging passage. It is possible to bypass combat by using the Spectral Steed Whistle to quickly ride through the area. A Lordsworn's Greatsword can be obtained from a chest found in a chariot near the Gatefront Ruins, which is close to the Stormgate entrance.
