Walkthrough for Stormgate in Elden Ring
The entrance of Stormgate can be found on the north side of Gatefront Ruins in Limgrave. There is a Site of Grace by the entrance, don't forget to activate it as your checkpoint in case you die. Right off the bat, as you walk up the slope, you'll hear a loud roar and a Troll will appear, you'll also notice multiple guards on each corner, as well as barricades along the path. The Stormgate is a guarded narrow path that leads to the Stormhill region. If you want to avoid any combat here (which is possible), you can do so by horseback riding. Just make sure you have the Spectral Steed Whistle item before you rush through the barricades and the enemies. There should also be a chariot in the area leading out of Gatefront Ruins where you can open the chest and obtain a Lordsworn's Greatsword.
