- 1Surviving the First Wave: When facing large waves of Orks, use the 'shift' key to run and regenerate shields. If Orks block your path, use right-click to smash through them. On higher difficulties, avoid executions to prevent being overwhelmed. Use the 'foot stomp' ability frequently.
- 2Dealing with Elites and Bomb Squigs: If an Elite appears with bomb Squigs, try to shoot the Squigs from a distance. If they get too close, run to create space and eliminate the Squigs first. The Elite is difficult to take on alone due to the presence of other Orks; use the 'foot stomp' (right-click twice, then hold right-click and press 'f') to create an opening.
- 3Using Fury: If your Fury meter is full, unleash it to quickly defeat the Elite.
- 4Alternative Strategy (Safe Haven): Upon entering the chamber, locate a room to the left. Inside, find a small space between boxes that acts as a safe haven. Shoot gunners from this position, only engaging as many as possible. Grechins and Orks may enter, but most will go to your teammates. Kill enemies one by one, using bombs and grenades. If you run out of bombs, briefly exit to pick up more. The Elite can still hit you here; use Fury and strike quickly before returning to cover. Continue eliminating enemies one by one until all are defeated.
- 5Destroying the Ram: Proceed to the bridge and go left until you encounter Orks and gunners. Take cover behind boxes and shoot enemies as they approach. Listen for Squig growls and eliminate them immediately. Shoot the gunners descending from the platform. After clearing them, ascend the platform, go left, and collect the 'Medicae log 2'. Continue to the end of the platform, eliminate more Orks, and proceed left and up the next platform. Take out the gunner above and the accompanying Squig. If more Squigs approach, let them come to you and shoot them. Eliminate the final gunner and any remaining Squibs.
- 6Stopping the Ram: Continue through the doors, defeating Orks and a mini-Elite, followed by more Orks and an Elite. Engage another mini-Elite and gunners behind boxes, being mindful of the mini-cannon. Use your Stalker weapon if available. Climb the stairs to the cannon.
- 7Operating the Cannon: Hold 'e' to operate the cannon, use right-click to break it, and retreat to the stairs. The stairs will seal off. Attack the dropship from cover using normal shots. When the ship hovers over the platform, charge a shot by holding left-click until the white bar above the crosshair is full. Hit Elites on the ground with charged shots. Repeat this process; using only normal shots may take four rounds of Elites, while varied tactics can be faster.
