Walkthrough

    Exit your apartment to the hall.

    Head to the living room and listen for a crash from the end of the hallway.

    Approach the wall between the bedroom and washroom and use the PICKAXE OF HOPE to create a hole.

    Enter the newly created opening.

    After the cutscene (cutscene), examine the "object" of interest.

    Check the coat pocket to find the KEYS OF LIBERATION.

    Exit back to the hallway.

    Return to your laundry room to find JOSEPH'S LETTER on a low box on the floor. This is the final memo (memo) of the game.

Note on Third Silver Bullet:

After acquiring the Keys of Liberation, a third pack of SILVER BULLETS will appear inside Eileen's 2F hospital room back in the Hospital World. This requires extreme backtracking, taking around 20 minutes or more, and is generally not recommended. To access it, you must return to Room 302 of the Past through your laundry room hole and backtrack through each previous world. If you use the Keys of Liberation first, Eileen will shift to Outside Room 302, and you won't be able to go back without her. It is not worth the trip.

After exiting Room 302 in the real world, Eileen will rejoin you. Your goal is the super's apartment (super's apartment).

Note on Portals and Room 302:

From this point forward, there are no portals on the wall to take you back to your apartment as you are in the real world. To return to your apartment, you must physically enter Room 302 on this floor, the same place you exited in the cutscene. The Apartment Keys in your chest are not needed.

    Head away from the blocked southern hallway and enter Room 301.
  2. 2
    Defeat the Twin Victim in the living room. Room 301 is connected to Room 201 via stairs in the living room.

    Another Twin Victim may appear, followed by a Bottom enemy. You might encounter them in Room 201 first.

    Before descending the stairs, check the second circle cage in Room 301's short hall for a SAINT MEDALLION.

    Descend the stairs to Room 201.

    If any enemies remain in Room 201, defeat them.

    Find a NUTRITION DRINK in the southeast circle cage.

    Exit to the 2F hall.

    Head south towards Room 202. Walter may be visible on the other side of the bars.

    Wait for Eileen just past the trash can in the hall, then rush through the door with her to avoid Walter's gunfire.

    Find the SWORD OF OBEDIENCE on the floor in the northwest room of Room 202. This is the last of five.

    If Cynthia's Ghost was not eliminated, you will find her here. Quickly exit through the front door.

    On the other side of the 2F bars, find a NUTRITION DRINK on the kitchen counter of Room 204. Walter is behind a gate in its hall, so do not go past the kitchen.

    Enter the stairwell to the west.

    There are five Patients in this stairwell. Eileen can assist if she has a weapon; otherwise, try to run past them. Slip through the doors if you are about to get hit, then return if Eileen is not with you.

    For an optional trip to the other side of the 3F bars for items, take a left and head up. You can find PISTOL BULLETS on the floor at the top.

    Enter Room 304, the only open room on the apartment floor. Find a NUTRITION DRINK on the bed. A Twin Victim and a Wall Man are in the unit.

    In Room 303, find REVOLVER BULLETS on the living room coffee table. Beware of a Patient that may surprise you from the side hall.
