Walkthrough

    After waking up to sirens, exit your bedroom and check Eileen's peephole.

    Check under the front door for the RED DIARY - JULY 13 and SUCCUBUS TALISMAN.

Hospital World - First Floor:

  1. After the cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically), defeat the Hummers in the hallway.
  2. If you re-enter your apartment, a Patient enemy will be present.
  3. In the northeast office, find the PAPER-CUTTING KNIFE on the far table.
  4. In the reception room, examine the whiteboard for a cutscene and find the NURSE'S MEMO on the right table.
  5. In the washroom to the south, you will find a PORTAL.
  6. Enter the second emergency room across the hall and grab the NUTRITION DRINK on the shelf.
  7. South of that room, a cutscene will play near EILEEN'S BAG.
  8. In the east doctor's lounge, find the PORTABLE MEDICAL KIT on the low table and examine the baby's medical chart.
  9. In the supply room across the hall, defeat the two Patients and find the rare AMPOULE on the right shelf.
  10. The south elevator is not working, but the shaft doors are missing. Use the stairwell beside it to go to 2F. It is highly suggested to dump everything except one weapon before proceeding.

Hospital World - Second Floor:

  1. You will encounter Wheelchairs, enemies that cannot be killed and damage you by proximity, similar to Ghosts.
  2. The rooms on this floor are randomized per run. Your goal is to find Eileen's locked room.
  3. You can find a HOLY CANDLE, SAINT MEDALLION, two NUTRITION DRINKS, two packs of PISTOL BULLETS, one pack of REVOLVER BULLETS, and a 4-IRON golf club between the rooms.
  4. A HOLY CANDLE is an anti-spirit item used to clear hauntings in your apartment or fight Ghosts in a small radius.
  5. One of the rooms contains Eileen, and another has a snake statue with the HOSPITAL ROOM KEY in its mouth.
  6. Take the HOSPITAL ROOM KEY and a cage will fall over you. Use the key on the gate by the door to escape.
  7. Use your map or search for the locked room and enter it with the HOSPITAL ROOM KEY.
  8. Examine the sleeping Eileen for a cutscene.
