At your front door, pick up the RED DIARY - JULY 17.

Go to the kitchen sink and use the FILTHY COIN to wash it, revealing it to be a 1$ COIN.

Empty unnecessary items into your item chest.

Return to the subway.

On the Lynch Street Line West Platform, check for items: PISTOL BULLETS on a bench, a PORTABLE MEDICAL KIT up the stairs by the rubble, and a HOLY CANDLE in the northeast subway car (enter the northwest car and cross over to reach it). Watch out for two Sniffers.

Head to the north end of the East Platform and use the 1$ COIN on the vending machine to obtain the MURDER SCENE KEY.

Return to the southeast maintenance room. If you left Eileen there, she will still be there. If you left her elsewhere, check your map for her location (red arrow). Leave her in a maintenance room to ensure her safety.

Take the path between the ladders. Before the narrow doorway, pick up a NUTRITION DRINK on the left. Be aware of Ghosts.

Go through the narrow doorway and down the stairs.

On the King Street Line Platform, if Cynthia's Ghost is present, she will be waiting in the subway train. Note that the control panel is missing a handle.

A PORTAL is on the west end of the platform. Heal up and proceed to the up escalator. Ensure you have 1-2 inventory slots free, and consider equipping the Rusty Axe or a fully-loaded Pistol.

Proceed past the Wall Men by timing your run. The Rusty Axe's charge-up swing or a single Pistol shot followed by running can be effective. If another Wall Man is present, consider defeating the first one to make passing the second easier.

At the top of the escalator, go through the left doorway to find a NUTRITION DRINK on a shelf past a Sniffer.

Return and climb the stairs to the turnstiles.

Amongst items on the floor, find CYNTHIA'S COMMUTER TICKET. This allows passage through the turnstiles.

Enter the ticket booth with the MURDER SCENE KEY and take the TRAIN HANDLE.

Leave the ticket booth. Head back to retrieve Eileen.

Use CYNTHIA'S COMMUTER TICKET to pass through the exit turnstile and then the Lynch Street turnstile (or use the coin).

Go down the two sets of stairs to the platform.

Enter the southeast maintenance room to retrieve Eileen and your items. If you left her elsewhere, use your map to find her.

Take Eileen back to the Lynch Street turnstile. Wait for her to catch up.

Use CYNTHIA'S COMMUTER TICKET (or the coin) to pass through the exit turnstile, then use CYNTHIA'S COMMUTER TICKET to pass through the King Street turnstile.

Head down the stairs and board the descending escalator, waiting for Eileen.

Use the same strategy as before to get past the Wall Men on the escalator. Try to prevent Eileen from getting hit; equipping her with a weapon can help.

On the King Street platform, head east to board the train. Proceed to the front and use the TRAIN HANDLE on the controls. The train will move a short distance.

Head back east slightly and pass through the open north doors of the train car.

Go down the stairs and pick up the SWORD OF OBEDIENCE.

Pass through the doorway. The Man with the Coat will appear in a cutscene; he will follow you but is not meant to be fought here. Run away from him.
