Level 12. Bath House (2)

Locate the green truck with gas tanks. Carefully kill all enemies on top of the truck without detonating the tanks. Interact with the wall panel marked "Janitor" to find a Medikit. After collecting the Medikit, you can safely blow up the tanks.

In the bathroom, examine the center toilet. This action will open a door on the right, revealing a Riot Gun.

Find the area where a girl is bathing and check the blue towel. Proceed through the gold card door, then turn around to face the yellow pass key door. Turn left (east) and look for two coat hangers on a black wall. Interact with the left coat hanger to find a secret.

Locate the area opposite the doorway of the "Gold Card Members" sign. Blow up the statue to find refreshments. Ensure you go fully into the revealed area for the game to register this secret as found.

In the room lit with red light, find a crack on the north wall. Destroying this crack will reveal some items.
