    Start the level and head right, staying on the wall until you find a white rabbit.

    Follow the rabbit to an area with two chairs and a column. Navigate around the spinning slicing hazard to use the switch behind it, which raises the water level.

    Dive into the water, find a hole in the column, and swim up to a ladder.

    Climb the ladder, kill the female ninja, and collect shotshells, small medikits, and missiles.

    Jump down to the other side, enter the area to find grenade shells, a rail gun, and the GOLD KEY.

    Return to the silver key door.

    Use the SILVER KEY on the door and pull the lever. This will fill the large hole with water.

    Return to the large hole and dive under. Swim up through the hole above where the SILVER KEY was to reach a new area.

    Enter the large opening and swim up again to find a Riot Gun and missiles. Dive back down.

    Return to the bronze key door upstairs. Use the door with the 4-part design.

    Go through the bronze door to the north. Kill the enemies inside.

    Dive down into the water for grenade shells.

    Enter either mini-waterfall-like opening and dive all the way down to find the RED KEY.

    Return to the red key door, located upstairs from the Serpent Boss fight, below the Japanese fan.

    Use the RED KEY on the door and kill the female ninjas. Hit the end level switch to exit to Level 11: Sumo Sky Palace.

Secret Level 21: Shanghai Shipwreck Exit:

  1. To access the secret level, do NOT hit the end level switch after defeating the Serpent Boss.
  2. Instead, search for vines and climb up. Grab the heat seeker card and hit the switch.
  3. Return to the area where you first entered the gold key door. Do not go in.
  4. To the left of the picture (where the rabbit was running), you will find a medkit and another switch. Hit this switch. The picture will open, granting access to the secret level. Grab the armor and ammo nearby.
  5. Both switches must be hit to unlock the path to Level 21. Hitting the first switch encountered after the Serpent Boss seals the exit until the second switch is hit.
Tips
  • The level has two exits: one to Level 11: Sumo Sky Palace and another to the secret Level 21: Shanghai Shipwreck.
  • Activating the switches for the secret level can be done in any order, but both must be activated to open the path.
