Master Part 22 of Samson with our guide! Learn strategies for the Giant Worm Head, Green Skulls, Skeleton Horseman, Skeleton Knight, and Blue Mage.

Alright, ready to tackle Part 22? This section throws a bunch of unique bosses at you, each with their own quirks. Don't sweat it, we'll break down how to take them all down. Let's get started!

Boss: Giant Worm Head

Stats / Weaknesses:

  • You can only damage the Giant Worm Head when its mouth is open, which happens right before it attacks with blue energy balls.

Phases:

  1. The worm will duck in and out of the ground.
  2. When above ground, it can fire three blue balls (South-West, West, North-West).
  3. It can also slide across the screen above ground.
  4. Sometimes, instead of its head, its tail will pop up and slide across the screen, firing two small energy balls.

Strategy:

  • When the worm's mouth opens to fire the blue energy balls, that's your chance! If you're using Lickle or Dragon, get in a few hits from the side of the screen. You'll need to time your jumps or slides to avoid its attack.
  • If you're Golem, get in a punch or two and then retreat quickly. If it closes and reopens its mouth, you might get a few more hits before it burrows.
  • While it's underground, keep moving to avoid being hit from below.
  • If its head pops up, get ready to repeat the pattern.
  • If its tail appears, quickly move to the opposite side of the screen and be ready to jump over or slide under its attacks.

Boss: Green Skulls

Stats / Weaknesses:

  • You can't damage the skulls when they're initially flying around.
  • Focus damage on the main body once they've formed into one monster.

Phases:

  1. The skulls initially come from all directions and form one large monster.
  2. While connected, they can shoot orbs or swoop at you.
  3. They can split back into individual skulls that fly at you.

Strategy:

  • When the skulls first appear, just duck and avoid them – you can't hurt them yet.
  • Once they form into a single monster, switch to Golem and bash it as much as your HP allows. If you need to switch characters, Lickle or Dragon can also work.
  • Dodge the orbs they shoot, but try to get in some hits while you're moving. You can also hit them as they swoop.
  • When they start to separate, you can take out individual skulls, but it's more efficient to keep attacking the main body.
  • After defeating it, the whole process repeats, so be ready!

Boss: Skeleton Horseman

Stats / Weaknesses:

  • The Skeleton Horseman can be attacked when on the ground or in the air.
  • Skeleton Warriors will appear from both sides of the screen.

Phases:

  1. The horseman moves across the floor, heads left, and jumps into the air.
  2. He then moves across the floor, heads right, and jumps into the air, repeating this
