Follow this Saints Row (2022) walkthrough to ace the Observe And Report mission, from meeting Gwen to taking down Panteros convoys and bosses.

Alright, let's get this mission, Observe and Report, done. It's a pretty high-octane car chase, so buckle up!

Objective 1: Meet With Gwen

First things first, you need to get to Gwen. The game wants you to steal a car, so find a suitable ride and boost it. Once you've got wheels, follow the GPS marker for about 2,000 units until you reach the roadside spot where Gwen's waiting.

Objective 2: Follow The Convoy

After Gwen gives you the rundown, you'll need to track a Panteros convoy. Now, the game explicitly tells you not to engage them yet, which, let's be honest, sounds like a recipe for trouble. You'll be riding with a guy named JR, who'll keep you company as you shadow the convoy. Before too long, the motorbike escort will notice you and peel off, and that's when things are about to get spicy.

Objective 3: Jump To The Truck

Your first task is to take out all those escorting bikes. Once they're dealt with and JR gets you close enough to the main truck, it'll be time to make a daring move. Get ready to get out on the roof and jump to the truck – just follow whatever button prompt pops up on your screen for your system.

Objective 4: Kill The Panteros

Now that you're on the truck, it's time to cause some chaos. You need to take out the Panteros bikes and trucks that are still attacking. There will be a couple of gang members on the truck itself that you should deal with quickly. Once they're down, you'll find a gun turret that you should absolutely make good use of. It's perfect for taking out those pesky bikes and trucks coming at you from both sides. Just let loose with the machine gun, and you'll clear them out in no time.

Objective 5: Fall Back

With the immediate threats neutralized, Gwen will order you to fall back. This means you need to jump back onto JR’s car. Enjoy this brief moment of peace, because you're about to face another attack, this time from Sergio, a Panteros boss.

Objective 6: Shoot Sergio’s Monster Truck

Sergio is coming at you in his monster truck while you're still clinging to the roof of the car. Keep laying down fire on the truck. You'll notice parts of it start to break off as you inflict damage. Your goal here is to do this as quickly as possible. Eventually, Sergio will crash into a low rock, causing his truck to explode.

Objective 7: Follow The Convoy

With Sergio out of the picture, you'll now be driving into a sandstorm. This is going to seriously mess with your visibility, so keep your eyes peeled. You're probably hoping no bikers are coming after you, because you won't see them until the last second.

Objective 8: Kill The Bikers

Yep, you guessed it – bikers everywhere. You're still on the roof at this point, so you'll need to take them out. They'll be coming at you from both sides, but they should still be relatively easy to spot. You might not see the bikes themselves clearly, but their bright red health bars will definitely give them away.

Objective 9: Shoot The Hitch

You'll now be catching up to the convoy again, and there will be Panteros on the trucks firing at you. As you get close to the front of the truck, you need to shoot the connecting hitch between the cab and the cargo. This will split them in half.

After that, jump onto the truck and vault onto the roof. There are a few more gang members up there to deal with. Once they're all down, walk to the edge of the truck. A cutscene will trigger, and you'll end up in a fight with the driver. This fight concludes with the truck going over a cliff in a pretty messy crash.

Objective 10: Kill The Panteros

You'll land unceremoniously at the bottom, and now you're facing a mini-boss fight against the Panteros driver. He's tougher than anyone you've fought so far, and you'll know this because he has a yellow health bar with a shield on it. You can't perform any takedowns on him until that shield is gone. There will also be some other goons showing up, so try to take them out as soon as they appear so you can focus on the boss.

Once you've killed them all, you'll head into the end-of-mission cutscene.
