Biome 3: Enemies

Citadel Turret - Fires lobbed shots that create expanding red rings upon impact. Keep moving and jumping/dashing to avoid these while fighting other enemies. Prioritize eliminating them quickly with melee attacks or sustained fire.

Drone - A difficult standard enemy with a missile salvo attack that has aggressive tracking. Wait until the last moment to dash away from the missiles. At low health (around 20%), they perform a kamikaze explosion attack; keep firing to kill them before they can do this.

Tripod - Fodder enemies. One type fires a fan of bullets similar to Biome 1 wolf enemies. The other type charges a laser attack, often protected by a red shield that requires melee or specific Artifacts to break. Sprint towards the laser variant first if possible.

Automaton - A miniboss that often triggers a room lock. Attacks include: a tracking machinegun stream (sprint away and dash back through it), a grapple that pulls you in (dash out immediately), and a jumping ground pound that creates red rings (dash away from the initial impact and jump the follow-up rings).

Broken Automaton - Kamikaze robots that crawl towards you and attempt to detonate. They move faster the more you shoot them; finish them quickly before they get too close.

Malformed Automaton - Similar to the Automaton but with undashable purple attacks.

Armored Machina - Large, blue floating spheres that spew many slow-moving bullets. When killed, they explode into pink missiles that track you. If hit without a shield, you will receive an instant Malfunction. Dash away from these missiles.

Bonus "Enemies": Broken Tripod and Proteron - Broken Tripods can be safely killed for approximately 4 Obolites and a free Adrenaline stack. Proterons are large towers emitting a green aura that makes nearby enemies invincible unless defeated in one hit; destroy Proterons immediately.
