Clockwork Castellan Location in Chapter 8 of RE4 Remake

Locate the hidden Clockwork Castellan in Chapter 8 of Resident Evil 4 Remake. Follow our guide to find its exact position on the battlements before the El Gigante encounter.

As you ascend the tower stairs before the armored El Gigante in Chapter 8 of Resident Evil 4 Remake, be prepared for incoming rocks. Seek cover behind walls or sturdy objects. Instead of following the main path to the left, drop down to the right and follow the battlement wall to a ladder at its end.

After climbing the ladder, take cover again from El Gigante's rocks. You'll likely hear the Clockwork Castellan by now, but you must go around the other side of the battlement tower to reach it. It's located at a dead end on top of some sandbags. Shoot it to collect it, then proceed.

Before leaving the area, ascend to the top of the battlement tower to find additional treasure, including a substantial amount of Pesetas, a Yellow Herb, and an Emerald within a chest.
