This Trophy/Achievement requires you to reach the top of the Clocktower without any enemies boarding the elevator in Resident Evil 4 Remake. This is a challenging task that demands quick reflexes and precise shooting, especially if you are low on ammunition. You will encounter this during Chapter 12 while on your way to rescue Ashley.

Walkthrough

After passing the Ganado who drops a spiked ball, you can access the elevator. Pull the lever to start its ascent. Be aware that this action locks you out of the rest of the Castle section, so ensure all your objectives are completed beforehand.

The primary goal is to prevent any enemy from boarding the elevator, which will halt its progress and void the trophy attempt. If this happens, pause the game and reload your autosave.

To deal with the red Cultist behind bars as the elevator begins to rise, a trick can save ammo: before pulling the elevator lever, return to the lever at the top of the ladder and activate the spiked ball. Then, quickly return to the elevator; the spiked ball will hit the red Cultist as it runs up.

As the elevator ascends, look up and to the right of the lever for an explosive barrel. Wait for the first Cultist to approach it and eliminate them with a Handgun.

Shortly after, two more Cultists will run by the explosive barrel. Shoot the barrel to take them out, then target the next Cultist to the left of it.

Turn left and aim for the second explosive barrel, located higher up. Eliminate the Cultist approaching the stairs before they can advance further.

Quickly turn right and shoot the explosive barrel to eliminate 3-4 Cultists preparing to jump onto the elevator.

Reload your weapon. Turn to face the platform with the other explosive barrel. A Cultist will attempt to reach a platform further left; eliminate them before they succeed.

Immediately turn and shoot the explosive barrel you left to take out another 3-4 Cultists. Consider switching to an automatic weapon like the TMP or a shotgun like the Striker for the upcoming chaotic section.

Face the direction of the last exploded barrel and look up to the right. A red Cultist will appear; eliminate them before reaching your level, potentially using a powerful weapon like the Broken Butterfly or the explosive barrel to the left.

Quickly face the right of the red Cultist. Enemies will primarily come from this direction. Eliminate them before they can jump onto the elevator. If Cultists are on the platform above the explosive barrel, use it to clear them.

At the very top, a shielded enemy may appear. Use a precise weapon like the Stingray to take them out before they get close.

Once the elevator reaches the top and stops, you will earn the Trophy/Achievement. Any Cultist that might drop onto the elevator at this point will not affect your award.

Tips

Precise shooting is crucial, especially if you are low on ammo.
Weapons like the Handgun, TMP, Striker, Broken Butterfly, and Stingray are recommended for different stages of this encounter.
Utilizing explosive barrels strategically can save ammunition and deal with multiple enemies simultaneously.
