Escape the Police Station as Claire in Resident Evil 2 (Remake) B scenario. Find the Suppressor (MQ 11) and beat William Birkin G-1.
Walkthrough
- 1Make your way to the exit and take the lift down.
- 2Go down two flights of stairs to an old storeroom. Pick up the Hand Grenade from the floor.
- 3Examine your S.T.A.R.S. Badge and retract the USB connector.
- 4Use the S.T.A.R.S. Badge on the locked cabinet to unlock it and retrieve the Suppressor (MQ 11) accessory.
- 5Go back upstairs to the first landing and go through the open door.
- 6Follow the path round until your way is blocked by a fallen filing cabinet.
- 7Move the filing cabinet to trigger a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) (an event shown during gameplay) and your first boss encounter with William Birkin in his G-1 form.
- 8After defeating William Birkin (G-1), the girl from the cutscene will drop a ladder.
- 9Before climbing the ladder, stock up on resources:
- 10In the bottom right corner room, grab Large-Caliber Ammo x8 and a Green Herb.
- 11In the lower left room, grab a Red Herb and Large-Caliber Ammo x7.
- 12In the upper right room, retrieve Large-Caliber Ammo x7, a Hand Grenade, and a Green Herb.
- 13Climb up the ladder in the north of the area to get back onto the walkways.
- 14Go into the room on your right. Grab the Gunpowder from the lockers and a Green Herb.
- 15Run west and up the stairs.
- 16In the next room, pull a lever to activate a bridge.
- 17Go across the bridge and follow the walkway to the Operators Room.
- 18Grab the Hip Pouch from the locker.
- 19Use the item box (recommended to keep Gunpowder and a G+R Herb) and save your game.
- 20Leave the Operators Room via the ladder leading up.
- 21After a brief cutscene, you will be in the Parking Garage.
- 22Run over to the grille blocking the exit, investigate the card reader, and cancel out for a cutscene in which you first meet Chief Irons.
- 23After the cutscene, leave through the eastern door.
- 24Head south and follow the passage round until you find a Blue Herb.
- 25Arm yourself with the Grenade Launcher before opening the nearby door.
- 26Deal with the Licker just inside the room and the one past the kennels. A Flame Round followed by a few shots from your pistol will work.
- 27Retrieve the High Grade Gunpowder just inside the door.
- 28Run around to the other exit and leave the area.
- 29Go through the nearby door to the Morgue.
- 30Kill the zombie near the door; shoot a leg off first as it is a bullet sponge.
- 31Retrieve a Red Herb from the second drawer along and a Flash Grenade from the last drawer. Close the drawer afterwards.
- 32Check the second from last drawer on the other side.
- 33Pull out the drawer and grab the Diamond Key. The corpse next to it will come to life; escape quickly without killing it.
- 34Return through the Kennels and be careful of another Licker when you go back into the corridor.
- 35(Optional) To get the JMB Hp3 handgun:
- 36At the top of the corridor, go west and through the door to the Firing Range.
- 37Look for a yellow box on the counter and pick it up.
- 38Examine the yellow box in your inventory for the Well Worn Key.
- 39Unlock the door in the north with your Diamond Key. Pick up the Red Herb inside but ignore the Roll Film.
- 40Be careful of two police zombies lurking just inside the Firing Range door.
- 41Inside the Firing Range, find Flame Rounds x2 near the counter.
- 42Return to the Parking Garage.
- 43Examine the Well Worn Key in your inventory and turn it around to reveal a button. Press it to unlock the boot of the black and white police cruiser. Discard the Well Worn Key.
- 44Inside the boot is the JMB Hp3 pistol.
- 45Make your way to the northern door in the Parking Garage that Chief Irons came out of.
- 46Head north and grab the Police Station B1 Map from the wall.
- 47Unlock the nearby door with your Diamond Key.
- 48Search the locker to find the Shoulder Stock (GM 79) accessory.
- 49Retrieve High Grade Gunpowder and a Blue Herb.
- 50Pull the lever when you are done looting.
- 51Leave the room and use the nearby elevator.
- 52When the elevator reaches the top, pick up the Green Herb.
- 53Go back inside the police station, emerging in the Chief's Office.
- 54Look on a table for Submachine Gun Ammo x50.
- 55Use the item box and pick up any Wooden Boards you may have.
- 56The exit to the main part of the station is locked. Go through the other exit and follow it to the Private Collection Room.
- 57Pick up the High Grade Gunpowder from just inside the door.
- 58The Parking Garage Key Card is locked behind bars and requires an electrical puzzle to obtain.
- 59Continue around and pick up the Relief from a table.
Tips
- When fighting William Birkin (G-1), keep your distance and shoot him when you're not in danger, preferably in the head.
- When the large eyeball appears from his shoulder, shoot that, preferably with your SMG.
- If he grabs you, you will stab him in the eyeball with your Combat Knife.
- If he grabs you without any secondary weapons, use a healing item ASAP.
- Kite William Birkin (G-1) around the walkways but use your minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen) (a small map displayed on the HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap), showing your immediate surroundings) to ensure you don't end up in a corner room when he's nearby.
- When dealing with the Lickers, a Flame Round followed by a few shots from your pistol will be effective.
- The zombie in the Morgue is a bullet sponge; shoot a leg off first.
- The JMB Hp3 handgun is optional and not particularly useful in this scenario.
