How to Achieve: Keep Barry alive and rescue Chris from his prison cell.

Ending: After defeating the Tyrant, Brad Vickers arrives in a helicopter to rescue Jill, Chris, and Barry. A bird's eye view shows the mansion being destroyed by an explosion. Inside the helicopter, Jill sleeps on Chris, who smiles at Barry, who is busy with his Magnum.

Good Ending (Jill and Barry)

How to Achieve: Keep Barry alive but do NOT rescue Chris from his prison cell.

Ending: After defeating the Tyrant, Brad picks up Jill and Barry in his helicopter. The mansion is destroyed by the explosion. Inside the helicopter, Jill notices Barry looking at a family photo. Barry attempts to discuss his family, but sees Jill's worry and apologizes. The game concludes with Jill stating, "I know he's alive," referring to Chris.

Bad Ending (Jill and Chris)

How to Achieve: Do not trust Barry and rescue Chris from his prison cell.

Ending: Brad picks up Jill and Chris at the heliport. As the helicopter ascends, a bird's eye view shows the mansion intact, as the self-destruct system was not triggered. Inside, Jill rests her hand on Chris's leg; he reciprocates, and the game ends with Chris looking directly at the camera. After the credits, a shadow of the Tyrant is seen, still alive.

Worst Ending (Jill)

How to Achieve: Do not trust Barry and do NOT rescue Chris from his prison cell.

Ending: Brad picks up Jill alone at the heliport. The helicopter rises, and a bird's eye view shows the mansion, which is not destroyed. Inside the chopper, a weary Jill removes her beret and lets down her hair. After the credits, a shadow of the Tyrant is seen, still alive.
