Okay, so you've just gone through a rough time, and Rebecca finds Billy unconscious. She's going to try and help him up, but he's going to be sick for a bit as he wakes up. He'll ask where he is, and Rebecca will reassure him that he's safe.

But before you can even get a breather, you'll both notice something's not right. You'll investigate and find a pile of skeletal remains. Rebecca will be understandably shocked, wondering what could have happened. Billy, however, will realize the grim truth: these were likely test subjects for Dr. Marcus's research into the Mother Virus, and he was still experimenting. You'll see some flashbacks, and Rebecca will notice Billy looks pretty disturbed by this discovery.

It's a pretty intense moment that really drives home the horrors of what's going on.
