Yasakani Magatama
The Yasakani Magatama is a highly sought-after accessory. While it can drop from the final boss in NG+, it has a low chance. A more reliable method to farm it early is by completing the 'Abduction' mission in the Dawn region (Dream of the Strong difficulty). Enter the mission, kill the three small yokai inside the building, and loot the corpse. This corpse is a guaranteed accessory drop. If it's not the Yasakani, return to the shrine without picking up the item, then check again. If it still isn't the desired item, use a Divine Branch Fragment to exit and re-enter the mission. The accessory drop only changes once per mission run. This process can take anywhere from one to several hours depending on luck.
Proficiency and Familiarity
To quickly gain Proficiency (weapon experience) and Familiarity (weapon bond), equip wooden weapons, prepare Uchiko Powder, and proceed to the last shrine in the 'High Spirited Demon' mission.
