From the Pavilion, head west to the "Cortex Center" using the upper walkway. Defeat the guard with a shield using a charge attack.

Proceed left and wait out a scene in a control room.

Go left to find a Root Node, then head left to a gate. Hack a node with your fairy to proceed upwards.

Navigate the obstacle course of ropes and grapple points. On the right side, find a Treasure Chest.

Head left and down. Look for a breakable rock to access the middle area. Kill the rock monster below with a charge attack. Hack two ropes down to reach a chest on the right.

Continue down the normal path, using walls and grapple points. At the bottom, head right to drop a rope for a shortcut, then drop past a grapple point to a big chest containing the Kunlun Immortal Portrait.

Head left into the "Factory (Great hall)". Be aware of flame trap floors.

Kill soldiers and head up to the upper platform by jumping on two trap floors. Ride a platform up to encounter Flying Blades; dodge their dive-bomb and slash attacks.

To the left, past a flame trap, is a room with a giant laser. Wait for it to end, then quickly go south, kill the archer, and go left to a machine that protects you from the laser. Kill the swordsman first.

Go to the lower left for a Treasure Chest, then backtrack (watch for a turret).

On the next cycle, head to the upper left. Kill the archer, pass the flame trap, and find a Root Node.

Hack a chest to the left for a Standard Component. Enter the next laser room.

Head left and hit the green device to protect yourself, then get the Treasure Chest to your lower right. Drop down through the middle of the platform to reach the "Factory (Underground)".

Open the immediate Treasure Chest. Hack it for the Swift Descent Jade.

Head right to exit back to the Factory and go left to unlock a door, creating a shortcut.

Return to the underground and go left. Hop over red spikes and choose the right path down to find the "Red Tiger Elite" mini-boss. Kill him for a Standard Component and hack the console.

Head right to an area with spikes and a mechanical unit. Continue down, killing enemies, to the bottom where you can dash to a Shield Guardian and break it to unlock 1/2 of a hidden treasure.

Head back up to the middle level and go left, watching for falling spikes. Use ropes to go left, and ignore the elevator. Go left to a Root Node.

Use the Root Node to be transported back to your mentor, who grants you the mid-air dash ability.

Return to the area with the broken machine (right and up) and air dash over to get the Abandoned Mines Chip.

Continue right, killing a Ninja, and stay on the upper path to find the Evacuation Notice for Miners.

Go back and down, heading southeast. Enter a peculiar room where you can "hide inside a container" to reach the "Apeman Facility (Depths)".

Head right and navigate the cave area with red spikes. At the bottom, open a chest for money and the Fusang Amulet.

Continue right through a spike pit. Hack the rope and go down. Note the gap to the left but do not go there yet. Head right to find a Root Node.

From the root node, go up the left rope and dash left between spikes to find the mini-boss Celestial Spectre: Shangui.
