Walkthrough
- 1From the Pavilion, head west to the Cortex Center. Use your charge attack on the guard to proceed.
- 2After a scene in a control room, you'll find yourself in the same room. Go left to find a Root Node.
- 3Head left to a gate, then send your fairy up to hack a node. Grapple upwards, staying on the right side to find a Treasure Chest.
- 4Go left and down, breaking a rock to access the middle area. Kill the rock monster and hack ropes to reach a chest on the right.
- 5Continue down, using grapple points. At the bottom, head right to drop a rope shortcut, then drop further to find a big chest with the Kunlun Immortal Portrait.
- 6Enter the "Factory (Great hall)". Head left, being wary of flame trap floors.
- 7To the left, kill soldiers and use trap floors to reach an upper platform. Ride a platform up to encounter the Flying Blade enemy.
- 8To the left of the Flying Blade encounter, you'll find a "CRAZY ROOM" with a giant laser. Wait for it to end, then quickly go south, kill the archer, and go left to a machine that protects you from the laser. Kill the swordsman first.
- 9From the laser room, go to the lower left for a Treasure Chest, then head back.
- 10On the next cycle, head to the upper left. Kill the archer, pass the flame trap, and find a Root Node.
- 11Heal at the Root Node, then head left to hack a chest for a Standard Component.
- 12Enter the next laser room. Hit the green device to your left for protection, then get the Treasure Chest to your lower right. Drop down to the "Factory (Underground)".
- 13Open the immediate Treasure Chest for the Swift Descent Jade.
- 14Head right to exit back to the Factory and go left to unlock a door, creating a shortcut.
- 15Go back to the underground and head left. Navigate red spikes and choose the right path down to find the "Red Tiger Elite" mini-boss. Kill him for a Standard Component and hack the console.
- 16Head right to an area with spikes and a mechanical unit. Go down, killing enemies, and dash to a Shield Guardian at the bottom to unlock part of a hidden treasure.
- 17Go back up to the middle level and head left, avoiding falling spikes. Use ropes to go left and find a Root Node.
- 18Use the Root Node to be transported back to your mentor, who grants you the mid-air dash ability.
- 19Use the mid-air dash to navigate the obstacle course.
- 20Head back to the broken machine area (right and up) and air dash to get the Abandoned Mines Chip.
- 21Continue right, killing a Ninja, and stay on the upper path to find the Evacuation Notice for Miners.
- 22From here, head right to find the "Abandoned Mines" area (note for later exploration).
- 23Go back and down, heading southeast to a peculiar room where you can "hide inside a container" to reach the "Apeman Facility (Depths)".
- 24Navigate the Apeman Facility (Depths), using your air dash to cross spike pits. Find a chest at the bottom for money and the Fusang Amulet.
- 25Continue right, navigating a spike pit. Hack a rope and go down. Note the gap to the left but head right to a Root Node.
- 26From the Root Node, go up the left rope and dash left between spikes to find the Celestial Spectre: Shangui mini-boss.
Tips
- Be mindful of flame trap floors and laser rooms; use environmental elements for protection.
- The mid-air dash ability is crucial for navigating many areas and overcoming obstacles.
- The "Red Tiger Elite" and "Celestial Spectre: Shangui" are mini-boss encounters that require careful observation of their attack patterns.
- Collectables like the Kunlun Immortal Portrait, Swift Descent Jade, Abandoned Mines Chip, and Fusang Amulet are found throughout this area.
- The "Abandoned Mines" area is accessible but marked for later exploration.
