Learn MindsEye's save system: auto-saves at key points, but manual saves are crucial before tough choices or encounters.

MindsEye employs a combination of auto-save and manual save systems. The game auto-saves at critical junctures, such as completing major quest objectives, entering new areas, or after significant narrative choices. However, it is highly recommended to utilize the manual save feature frequently, especially before difficult encounters or major decisions. To manually save, open your 'Mind Palace' (Tab key), navigate to the 'System' tab, and select 'Save Game'. You can maintain multiple save slots, which is invaluable for experimenting with different choices or revisiting earlier parts of the story. Do not rely solely on auto-saves, as some situations may require a strategic reload.
