Start by driving forward through the gates. Consider a Slip-stream Turbo for an early lead, but be prepared for a sharp turn.

Turn onto the train tracks on the left and proceed while avoiding trains.

Near the Wharf island, jump left to reach the next checkpoint.

After tagging the checkpoint, turn sharply right through cargo containers to reach the next checkpoint. Avoid the common wider turn; turning right at the checkpoint is faster. Watch for cops after the second island checkpoint.

Hit the next two checkpoints on the island's perimeter road.

Follow the train tracks right to the next checkpoint, then make a sharp left to cross the island for another checkpoint.

After hitting another perimeter checkpoint, cross the island diagonally again to reach a checkpoint near the bridge off the island.

Leave the wharf island via the bridge. Drive on the sidewalk to avoid traffic.

Turn left at the bridge's end, then right into an alley next to the train station to reach the Tokyo perimeter road.

Navigate the perimeter road, dodging pillars and traffic, to hit checkpoints.

At the end of the perimeter road, turn into an alley on the left. Stay close to the left wall as the alley narrows to avoid hitting the right wall.

After exiting the alley, you'll reach the straightaways. After the first curve along the canal, start using nitros, but save one for later.

At the last checkpoint on the canal road, locate the final checkpoint and finish line on your radar. Drive past the south side of the checkpoint and look for an alley marked with orange light on the right. Enter this alley to hit the checkpoint.

Immediately after the last checkpoint, turn right. Drive left of the medieval Japanese building ahead, then enter the alley past it. Use your last nitro here to clear the jump at the alley's end and reach the finish line.
