Alright, let's talk about Angel. He's the fourth challenger you'll run into in Los Angeles, and he's got a bit of a chip on his shoulder. His dad, Diego, is a big-shot movie producer, and Angel definitely thinks he's hot stuff. He's also the guy who's gonna teach you how to do a burnout, so pay attention! Finding Angel You'll find Angel cruising around the Santa Monica promenade, not too far from where you might have first seen Moses. When you spot him, flash your high beams to get his attention. He's a tricky one and will try to lose you with some precise driving, so keep your wits about you. If you stick with him, he'll eventually lead you to an intersection in Hollywood, just north of a palm tree-filled park. This is where the real fun begins. Angel's Races * Hollywood Hysteria (Unordered Race): This is your first race against Angel, and it's a chaotic one with four other racers. Don't just follow Angel; his route loops back to the start line for another checkpoint, which can mess you up. Instead, try to follow one of the two Monstruos you'll see. Be ready for scripted traffic like a limo, SUVs, a pickup, a sedan, and even mail trucks in a downtown alley. The race finishes near a fenced-off alley. * Drag (Head to Head): This race puts you against Angel and his dad, Diego. It takes place in the LA River, but don't think it's clear sailing. You'll encounter some cars facing each other with an oil barrel on fire between them – watch out for that! You'll also see some sedans racing ahead of you. If you follow them, they'll stop before a large structure dividing the river. The finish line is near an industrial building, and a bus might try to block your path. Beat this race, and you'll unlock a sweet purple 1971 Bestia. * Cheaters Never Win (Ordered Race): This is your final showdown with Angel and five other racers. This race highlights that some opponents will cheat. The weather is foggy, adding to the challenge. Watch out for a commercial truck doing a U-turn, two semi-trucks, parked vehicles, a mail truck, a police interceptor, and more trucks in the Watts district, plus a bus right before the finish line. This race ends in the southeastern part of Santa Monica, near a motel. Once you win, Angel will grudgingly hand over his Interna.
