Alright, so you've gotta take on Hector. He's not the final boss or anything, but he's a pretty tough racer. First, you need to beat Maria to even get a shot at him. Once you've done that, you'll unlock two races against him: 'Lose The Cops' and 'Block Party'.

    Lose The Cops

    Hector's gonna bail on the race at the last second because the cops show up. He'll tell you to lose them and meet him at a warehouse. Your main goal here is to ditch the police quickly.

    This race is in the rain, so you'll want a car that handles well. Hector's offering a 'Slipstream Turbo' as a reward, so it's worth winning.

    Start by following the pack to the first checkpoints near the stadium.

    Grab two checkpoints heading west, then turn south for the final one.
  • Slipstream Chicanes

    Now that you've got the Slipstream Turbo (SST), you can use it to your advantage. The car you start behind is a bit slow, so get right on its tail to fill your SST meter fast. Then, blast ahead using the SST!

    Race Strategy:

    1. Use the initial slow car to build up your Slipstream Turbo meter.
    2. Once it's full, activate it to get a significant speed boost.
    3. The rest of the race is pretty straightforward with a few 90-degree turns.
    4. Shortcut: At the end of the race, after crossing the canal bridge, look left for the area where the last race started. Drive through it to hit a ramp onto a warehouse roof. Cruise across the roof to another ramp that'll take you back to the street, right near the finish line. This can save you some time.
