1. Location 1: Navigate to the main street of Hell's Kitchen. Look for a small alleyway to the left of the diner. The collectible is hidden behind a dumpster.
2. Location 2: Proceed to the rooftop area overlooking the central plaza. The collectible is located near a ventilation unit on the eastern side of the rooftop.
3. Location 3: Enter the subway station entrance. Descend the stairs and turn right. The collectible is found in a maintenance closet just before the train tracks.
4. Location 4: Find the abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of Hell's Kitchen. Inside, the collectible is on a high shelf near the back wall.
5. Location 5: Head towards the construction site. The collectible is hidden within a pile of scaffolding on the north side of the site.
