The Marvel Zombies event was a limited-time PvE mode in Marvel Rivals during Season 4.5, running from October 23, 2025, to January 16, 2026. Up to four players could team up to fight hordes of zombies and defeat the Queen of the Dead in Midtown. Players could choose from modified versions of Thor, The Punisher, Magik, Blade, and Jeff the Land Shark, each with unique abilities tailored for this event. This mode was not available for PlayStation 4 players.

Walkthrough

    Objective: Unite with Marvel's mightiest heroes under Khonshu's eye to reclaim Midtown from an undead horde and defeat the Queen of the Dead.

    Heroes: Play as Thor, The Punisher, Magik, Blade, and Jeff the Land Shark. Duplicate heroes are allowed.

    Abilities: Heroes have modified abilities. Notably, Jeff the Land Shark's 'It's Jeff!' only swallows enemies and doesn't leave healing water. Thor and The Punisher gain new passive healing abilities ('Electric Vitality' and 'Crisis Recovery', respectively), while The Punisher's 'Warrior's Gaze' is removed. Magik's 'Limbo's Might' is not listed but appears to be present.
