Sometimes the AI Director (the system that controls the game's pacing and enemy spawns) likes to place a Witch (a dangerous special infected) right in front of your path. More specifically, you may find one huddled on the rooftop where you're heading. She may be so close to the crane arm that you won't be able to get past without startling her.
Warning: If you cannot get past the Witch without startling her, it may be best to kill her.
Tips
- The AI for the remaining survivors isn't the brightest. They tend to have difficulty performing basic tasks, such as crossing a wooden beam from one roof to another.
- If a teammate slips, they will need help getting up. You're more than likely the one that'll have to rescue them because your partners may easily fall.
