Master Gran Turismo 7's Menu Books 10-14 with this guide. Learn car requirements, race strategies, and unlock Deep Forest, Missions, Daytona, and more.
Menu Book 10: Japanese FR Sports Cars
Acquire three cars: Nissan Silvia (S13) '88, Mazda Eunos Roadster '89, Toyota Corolla Levin (AE86) '83. Clear reward: unlock Deep Forest Raceway.
Corresponding series: Japanese FR Challenge 450, no PP limit, FR road cars from Japan.
| Track | # of laps | Prize (cash) | Prize (car) |
| High Speed Ring Reverse | 2 | Cr 10,000 | Toyota Corolla |
| Tokyo Central Clockwise | 2 | Cr 10,000 | Mazda Roaster |
| Tsukaba Circuit | 3 | Cr 10,000 | Nissan Silvia |
The prize car you received from menu book 9 may be the only eligible car you currently own. You can either tune it up a little or buy something else, and if you go the latter route, affordable options include the Toyota 86 and Subaru BRZ. Just make sure not to accidentally buy an ineligible car. As for the races, rear wheel drive cars are more likely to lose traction on corner exit, but these less powerful models give you a chance to adapt before jumping into the deep end later.
Menu Book 11: French Hot Hatches
Acquire three cars: DS 3 Racing '11, Peugeot 208 GTi '14, Renault Clio R.S. 220 '16. Clear reward: 2 star roulette ticket.
Corresponding series: European Sunday Cup 500, no PP limit, road cars from Europe.
| Track | # of laps | Prize (cash) | Prize (car) |
| Brands Hatch GP | 2 | Cr 10,000 | Renault Clio |
| Deep Forest Raceway | 2 | Cr 10,000 | DS 3 Racing |
| Sardegna Road B | 3 | Cr 10,000 | Peugeot 208 |
You already have the Clio from the B-Licence, and the cars from menu book 7 are also eligible. Note that they're all front wheel drive, meaning you'll have to readjust after the previous RWD series. Deep Forest is a remake of a classic Gran Turismo track, with a new sector 3 that extends the back and front straights and connects them with a tight hairpin to create another overtaking spot in online play.
Menu Book 12: Petite Course de France
Finish 3rd or higher in the championship. No PP limit (suggested 500), road cars from France. Clear reward: unlock the Missions pavilion.
| Track | # of Laps | |
| Round 1 | Alsace Village | 2 |
| Round 2 | Alsace Village Reverse | 2 |
| Cash prize (race win) | Cr 15,000 |
| Cash prize (championship) | Cr 30,000 |
This one is going to be more difficult than the European Sunday Cup, due to Pagandet and his Alpine A110. His car is rated at 532 PP, and the front two can't hold him up for long due to Alsace being a wider track than Toyko. Players who want to stick to the suggested PP level for each race must be prepared for a challenge here.
This time, the prize car cards are late 60's/early 70's editions of the Chevrolet Camaro, Chevrolet Corvette, and Ford Mustang. All three can be won in later menu books, though the book with the Corvette won't be for a while.
Menu Book 13: Try Your Hand at a Mission
Complete the mission named The Pass: Deep Forest Turn 1. Clear reward: unlock Blue Moon Bay, Laguna Seca, and Willow Springs.
This is a call back to mission 1 on Gran Turismo 4, which also involved passing a car at turn 1 of Deep Forest. Note that in pass missions, any off track or contact with an opponent is an automatic fail. This time, your Nissan 180SX is much faster than the opposition, so gold is not particularly difficult to attain. There's 7 more missions for you to try now, and you'll unlock more as you raise your collector level, but for the purpose of GT Cafe this is optional content.
Menu Book 14: Mustang
Acquire 3 cars: Ford Mustang Boss '69, Ford Mustang Mach 1 '71, Ford Mustang GT '15. Clear reward: unlock Daytona Speedway.
Corresponding series: American FR Challenge 550, no PP limit, FR road cars from the USA, 1st place reward of 10,000cr per race.
| Track | # of laps | Prize (cash) | Prize (car) |
| Blue Moon Bay Speedway | 3 | Cr 10,000 | Mustang Boss '69 |
| Raceway Laguna Seca | 2 | Cr 10,000 | Mustang Mach 1 '71 |
| Willow Springs Big Willow | 2 | Cr 10,000 | Mustang GT '15 |
Blue Moon Bay Speedway, 3 laps, Ford Mustang Boss '69 prize.
Raceway Laguna Seca, 2 laps, Ford Mustang Mach 1 '71 prize.
Willow Springs Big Willow, 2 laps, Ford Mustang GT '15 prize.
It is once again likely that your prize from the previous championship will be your only eligible car. But if you want to pick something else and don't mind buying a car that you'll soon win anyway, the Chevrolet Camaro SS '16 or Ford Mustang GT '15 are both useful and cheap options (35,000 and 44,310cr respectively at Brand Central). That aside, the only real challenge here is that these races are on three new tracks.
