Armor in Gloria Victis comes in three main categories, each offering different levels of protection and mobility. Your choice of armor significantly impacts your survivability and combat effectiveness.

• Light Armor (Leather/Padded): Lowest protection, but offers maximum mobility and stamina regeneration. Ideal for archers, rogues, and skirmishers who rely on dodging and kiting.
• Medium Armor (Chainmail/Reinforced Leather): Balanced protection and mobility. A good choice for hybrid builds, support characters, or those who want more defense than light armor without the full mobility penalty of heavy armor.
• Heavy Armor (Plate): Highest protection, significantly reduces incoming damage. However, it heavily penalizes mobility and stamina regeneration. Essential for front-line tanks and warriors who absorb large amounts of damage.

Armor pieces can be crafted, looted, or purchased. Higher-tier armor provides better stats and resistances. Remember to repair your armor regularly at a Blacksmith or Armorer to maintain its effectiveness.
