You have 7 days and 12 hours (96 hours total) for the longest free time period in Final Fantasy Type-0 HD. Machina rejoins the party without explanation, which will be revealed later. During this time, many events become available, requiring you to prioritize.

Available Events:

• Lectures in Classroom Zero with Moglin: Gain EXP +100,000, All Magic +1, Max HP +50, or Max MP +20.
• Event - Main Gate: Talk to Yamato for an Elixir.
• Event - Airship Landing: Talk to Izumo for an Elixir.
• Event - Hallway: Talk to Naghi for 10 AP. Requires completing Naghi's task in Chapter 5 Free Time 1.
• Event - Altocrystarium: Talk to Queen for a Mega Potion.
• Event - Classroom Zero: See a cutscene with Rem or Trey for a Phoenix Pinion.
• Event - Back Garden: Enter the Cemetery for a cutscene and a Phoenix Pinion.
• Event - Back Garden: Talk to Machina for a Mega Potion.
• Event - Central Command: See a cutscene with Seven for All BOM types MAG +10. Requires triggering Mutsuki's event in Chapter 5 Free Time 2 and completing Mutsuki's task at the Armory.
• Event - Central Command: Talk to Shijima for an Elixir.
• Event - Crystarium: Talk to Class Ninth Moogle for an X-Potion.
• Event - Kazusa's Laboratory: See a cutscene with Kazusa for an Ether. Requires 6 hours or less remaining.
• Event - Armory: See a cutscene with Ryid for ATK +3. Requires triggering Ryid's event in Chapter 5 Free Time 1 and completing Ryid's task at the Armory.
• Event - Lounge: Talk to Carla for no reward, or give her 100,000 Gil. Previous Carla events are not required.
• Event - Terrace: Talk to Tokito for an X-Potion. Requires more than 6 hours remaining and must be triggered before completing The Retreat from Roshana Expert Trial.

Tasks:

• Main Gate: Give 3 Mega Remedy to the Logistic Officer for 10 X-Potions.
• Classroom Zero: Let 7 SP join your game via Multiplayer Mode for a Shock Armor (Tonberry task).
• Central Command: Defeat 10 Ankhegs in the Old Lorica Region for 3 Megalixirs (Dominion Officer task). Requires leaving Akademeia.
• Crystarium: Give Kurasame's Knowing Tag to Naghi for an X-Potion. Requires leaving Akademeia and triggering previous Kazusa events. The item is in Meroe Region.
• Sorcery: Give 1 Jeweled Ring to Quon for a Dominion Helmet. Requires triggering Quon's event in Chapter 5 Free Time 1.
• Sorcery: Give 15 Mauve Phantoma to the Sorcery Researcher to unlock Magic (Thunder MIS).
• Armory: Give 1 Dark Matter to Mutsuki for a Diamond Ring. Requires leaving Akademeia and accepting The Retreat from Roshana Expert Trial or reaching The Kingdom's Final Hours. Dark Matter drops from Malboro in Roshana Province.
• Armory: Give 10 Turtle Shells to the Guildsman for Diamond Gloves. Requires leaving Akademeia. Turtle Shells drop from Adamantoise at Innsmouth Coast.
• Armory: Give Lorican Diary to Ryid for Crystal Gloves. Requires leaving Akademeia. The diary is at Ultima Ground Zero.
• Lounge: Give 3,000 SPP to the Cadetmaster for 5 Phoenix Pinions. SPP is earned from Multiplayer Mode.
• Cetme: Defeat 20 Imperial Troopers for a Quake Killer. Requires leaving Akademeia and completing Operation Sticky Fingers Expert Trial or reaching The Kingdom's Final Hours.
• Roshana: Defeat 15 Mandragora for a Gold Anklet. Requires leaving Akademeia and completing The Retreat from Roshana Expert Trial or reaching The Kingdom's Final Hours. Mandragora are in Roshana Province.
• Rama: Defeat 2 Marduks for a Crystal Shard. Requires leaving Akademeia and completing Operation Dragon Slayer Expert Trial or reaching The Kingdom's Final Hours. Marduks are in the forests of Roshana Province.

Expert Trials:

• Main Gate: Operation Sticky Fingers (Dominion Officer East). Requires leaving Akademeia.
• Main Gate: Secret Agents Zero (Dominion Officer East). Requires leaving Akademeia and completing Operation Sticky Fingers.
• Main Gate: The Retreat from Roshana (Dominion Officer West). Requires leaving Akademeia.
• Main Gate: Operation Dragon Slayer (Dominion Officer West). Requires leaving Akademeia and completing The Retreat from Roshana.
• Main Gate: Thwarting the Royal Ambush (Dominion Officer West). Requires leaving Akademeia and completing Operation Dragon Slayer.
• Main Gate: Wyverns in the Woods (Dominion Officer West). Requires leaving Akademeia and completing Thwarting the Royal Ambush.
