Once you have done all of the necessary events, head back to Hotel Armada and save your game, then approach Imperial Quaestor to begin your mission. Now you have a choice whether to return to VIP Suite (that's normal main mission) or explore outside (that's Crimson Code mission). Obviously choose the second one.
