Walkthrough

Investigate Badtown, located far to the northeast. You can fast travel there.

Activate the Radio Tower just north of the town.

Return to town and visit the bar for a poker cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically).

Follow the man in white without him noticing. Go through the door and head outside.

Keep the man in sight. If he goes out of sight, you have 20 seconds to get him back in sight.

Use cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) whenever he stops, ensuring you don't lose sight of him for too long.

Once he goes inside the building at the end, the mission will be finished.

Tips

Make use of cover whenever the man in white stops to avoid losing sight of him.
Ensure you get him back in sight within 20 seconds if he momentarily goes out of view.
