Start your journey into EverQuest II's Kingdom of Sky. Follow the 'Whispers of the Wind' quest to find the Skyseer and bridge to new elevated zones.

This quest initiates your journey into the Kingdom of Sky. You'll typically receive it from a messenger or a prominent NPC in your capital city once you reach the appropriate level. It serves as a bridge, guiding you from the Shattered Lands to the new, elevated zones.

Objectives:

1. Seek the Skyseer: Travel to a specific location (often a secluded mountain peak or a hidden portal) to find a wise NPC known as the Skyseer.
2. Gather Sky-Dust Samples: The Skyseer will task you with collecting rare magical dust from elemental creatures found in the initial sky zones (e.g., The Barren Sky). This often involves defeating specific types of air elementals or cloud drakes.
3. Attune to the Aether: Perform a ritual or interact with an ancient artifact to attune yourself to the magical energies of the sky, granting you temporary flight or access to a flying mount.
4. Deliver the Prophecy Fragment: The Skyseer will entrust you with a fragment of the Prophecy of Ro, which you must deliver to a key figure in the main Sky City (e.g., the Grand Librarian in the City of Tenebrous).
