Alright, so you've got a quest from Frida to find a Bandit Cape in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. It sounds a bit tricky, but don't worry, I'll walk you through it. First things first, make sure CJ has an Earth Rune equipped to their Rune Lens. You'll need it to break a specific pillar.

Head over to the Great Forest and fast-travel to Hellhound Lake. From there, make your way east. You'll have to fight that wolf mini-boss again, but push past him. You're looking for an Earth Elementum Pillar – it's a glowing pillar that CJ can smash with their attacks. Take it down!

Once that's done, continue heading east into the next area. Keep pushing forward, bashing up any forest creatures that get in your way. Towards the very end of this area, you'll find a Level 30 bandit. Now, this guy might seem a bit tough because of his level, but honestly, he's not that bad. Just focus on him, and you'll take him down without too much trouble.

After you defeat the bandit, he'll drop the Bandit Cape you need. Once you've got it, just head back to Frida at the Armor Shop. Hand over the cape, and you'll get your rewards. Plus, this quest upgrades the Armor Shop to Level 3, which is awesome!
