Mementos are collectible notes found throughout Dying Light 2 Stay Human. As of March 9, 2026, there are 209 notes in total, with 117 in the base game, 14 added in Chapter 2, 32 in the Bloody Ties DLC, 7 from The Walking Dead event (discontinued July 2024), 6 from the Firearms Update (2024), and 33 from Patch 1.27 (2026). Some notes are obtained through exploration and during cutscenes, while others are tied to meta-game mechanics, RNG, purchases, or limited-time events.

Achievements:

• Archivist: Find all 117 original collectible notes. Some are missable and tied to missions or story choices.
• Connoisseur: Find all 36 Bloody Ties collectibles (32 mementos and 4 tapes). Some are missable or progression-gated.
