Betruger will state that you are in his domain and that you will never find the Soul Cube. After this, grab the Shotgun and Pistol, along with any available ammo. If needed, pick up armor and health. As previously mentioned, all your weapons and ammo are gone. Kick the corpse, which will float away and land into the lava. Follow the path and enter the beam of green light.

You will fall down and land in a cage. Suddenly, you will be released and 4 Imps will attack. After killing them, you can proceed further. This section may remind you of American McGee's Alice.

Inside the cave, you will enter a large room.

CUTSCENE

A Hellknight will appear.

Kill the Hellknight with your Shotgun. When you return to where you came from, you can find another Pistol. In this room, there are 3 Cherubs and 1 Imp. Eliminate them, then search the area for goodies. A Chainsaw can also be found here. Enter the next room.

The room to the right contains little of interest. Touch the wall at the end to trigger the summoning of 2 Imps. Proceed to the other room to find a Chaingun and some supplies. Return to the larger room and kill the Lost Souls. Then, enter the next room.

As you walk through the next room, some Lost Souls will appear; kill them. After crossing the room, enter the next hall.

There are 2 Lost Souls in this area. As you move around, a Hellknight will appear. A short distance from the Hellknight, a small room will spawn an Imp. Additionally, 2 more Imps will be summoned. Once they are all killed, the gates will open. After grabbing any available goodies, enter that room.

A Mancubus will be summoned, along with some Cherubs. Defeat them all. Enter the next room and acquire the Plasma Gun.

You will fall down, and Betruger will make some remarks. The lights will extinguish upon landing, then return, causing you to fall further. Run towards the Berserk power-up and defeat as many Imps and Hellknights as possible. Prioritize killing the Hellknights first, as they can be easily taken down with the Berserk power-up. Search the area for additional supplies and eliminate any remaining enemies. A door nearby contains a Rocket Launcher and a PDA.
