Leave the teleporter and enter the door. Follow the hall, defeating a Flaming Zombie. Enter the room to find an access card, but beware of a headless Zombie. Return to the hall, kill 2 Imps, and enter the locked door.

In the next area, defeat 2 Commando-Zombies. Use a nearby panel to unlock a storage room, then enter and kill the Zombie. Grab any items and use the Health Stand if needed. Proceed through the door in the previous room.

A special tactic is advised here: run to the corner and eliminate the Commando-Zombie and Zombie. An Imp will spawn next to you but can be killed easily. Collect the PDA here.

Use your new security clearance to open the locked door. Defeat an Imp and 2 Commando-Zombies. Enter the next room, kill the Zombie, and proceed down the path. An Arch-Ville will be summoned; defeat it and other enemies. Continue down the hall, kill an Imp, and then 2 Commando-Zombies that attack when you open the next door. Enter the following room, grab items, and use the lift to go up.

A lift on the upper floor reportedly brings armor and clips. When you reach the upper floor of the room where the Arch-Ville was summoned, another will appear on the lower floor. Defeat it, then enter the shaft. Collect any items and drop to the lower floor.

A scientist will provide the code 624. Use this code on cabinets in the room for goodies. Turn around and enter the hall with piled boxes. In the next room, kill an Imp and another Arch-Ville. As you move to the other side of the room, a Commando-Zombie will emerge from a side room; enter it.
