Walkthrough:
- Start by heading towards the fountain. To the left of the fountain is a weakened Qliphoth root. To the far front, up some broken stairs, is another weakened root.
- Look above the first weakened root for a ledge with a stepping stone. Hop up, grab the Red Orbs, and pass through a small hole to find the second Nidhogg Hatchling.
- Return to the main room and use a Hatchling on the roots at the top of the stairs.
- The first room will close off, and you'll face two Hell Antenoras and a Hell Caina, plus some pillars. More Caina will join later.
- After clearing the enemies, you'll find a Purple Orb Fragment further up the path.
- Continue through broken roads and Red Orbs to a wide open area where you'll encounter a new enemy: the Fury.
- The Fury typically starts with teleport attacks, including an overhead strike. Timing a block on these can open it up for attacks. It also uses teleporting strikes and an aerial finisher that knocks you down.
- Royalguard style is effective for blocking Fury's attacks. Alternatively, using Balrog's Kick Mode to activate Ignition (weapon on fire) and then switching to Blow Mode can allow for parrying its attacks with machine gun punches.
- The Fury has low health but is agile, making it hard to maintain a high Stylish Rank. Focus on landing hits when possible.

- Return to the hole and look above it for a ledge on the side opposite the blood clot. Jump up to find Red Orbs and a Blue Orb Fragment.
- Drop down and find the entrance to another large room. It will close off and spawn a Chaos and a Baphomet. Be mindful of the pillar cages.
- After defeating these enemies, a barrier will disappear. Find the second blood clot and destroy it to send blood to the fountain.
- Head through the hole to find another Nidhogg Hatchling.
- Backtrack slightly and go onto the balcony overlooking the main room. Find a Gold Orb on the ground.
- Jump off the balcony to the ground and use a Hatchling on the weakened root on the ground.
- The first room will close off, spawning Empusa. Defeat them, and an Empusa Queen will appear.
- Continue after the battle and choose the dead end. Pillar cages will appear behind you, locking you in. Grab the Red Orbs, break the cages, and defeat the two Baphomets sniping you.
- Head backwards up the hill, destroying tentacles. At the end, you can go onto a balcony or head in another direction. Choose the latter.
- Find the final blood clot and destroy it. This will open the way in the main room.
- Drop off the balcony. The statue will have moved, allowing you to enter the hole underneath it, leading to an underground cavern.
