Blue Orbs/Fragments

Mission 01: Near the beginning, after encountering the Red Empusa, look behind you to find the fragment.

Mission 02 (Hotel): After grabbing the Nidhogg Hatchling and being trapped, lure Hell Caina enemies to attack the discolored floor to break it and reveal a room below containing the fragment.

Mission 02 (Alley): In the alley by the third Nidhogg Hatchling, jump to a nearby ledge with a Devil Breaker. Go through the opening in the building above it to find the fragment.

Mission 03 (Beginning): At the start of the mission, look on the large root structure building. Jump to the other side and check between the air conditioning units for the fragment.

Mission 03 (Secret Mission 02 Area): At the top of the broken stairwell, wall jump to reach the top. Use the Grim Grip point to launch through a hole in the ceiling to find the fragment.

Mission 04: On a building with a giant mural, summon Nightmare to break down the wall. After clearing enemies, jump through the broken hole to find the fragment at the top.

Mission 04 (Second Fragment): You need two Nidhogg Hatchlings. The first is before the building with the Purple Orb Fragment. Get the previous fragment, drop to the bottom of the building to find a secret alleyway with the second Hatchling. Continue the mission until a fork in the road. Place a Hatchling on the weakened root to the left; the fragment is behind it.

Mission 05: During the second battle with the giant leg, drop off the ledge ahead and turn around to find a hidden room with the fragment.

Mission 08 (Pit): After visiting the Divinity Statue and purchasing/equipping Gerbera and Air Hike, you'll see the fragment across a large pit. Use double jump and spam the Gerbera dodge maneuver to reach the ledge with the fragment.

Mission 08 (Secret Mission 05): After Secret Mission 05, go around the back of the Bloodstream thing before entering it. Destroy the tentacle there, and the fragment will spawn in front of the Bloodstream.

Mission 09 (Roots): After defeating a Proto Angelo, Baphomet, and Pyrobats, go to the side path blocked by roots. Summon Nightmare to destroy a blood clot behind the roots, revealing the fragment.

Mission 09 (Ledges): Near the Purple Orb Fragment location, there's an exit with ledges. Jump on the first ledge, then look for more leading upwards. At the top, a small area contains the fragment.

Mission 10: After the second spiked doorway, clear enemies and proceed. Follow the path until an opening leads back...
