- 1Tram Station: Proceed through the area, grabbing items. On HARD difficulty, consider bringing extra stasis packs and buying up to four packs of cutter ammo if on a cutter run.
- 2Ore Storage: Clear Radioactive Material (6). You can stomp on the panels. Get all six orbs to ground level. Toss them through the door into space. Kill Lurkers and Super Leapers as they attack. Jump through the opening in the ship.
- 3Starboard Corridors: Grab the item from the box after a scare. Proceed to the save station and go through the door.
- 4Cargo Bay: Collect four items: two in boxes to the right of the door, one by the pod's door, and one you can kinesis from behind the pod. Move crates to create a path and face Twitchers. Use the Force Gun to knock them back and then shoot them or use grenades. Three Twitchers attack initially, with a fourth appearing later. Find two more items on the side of the room before proceeding through the door.
- 5Torpedo Room: Find a box to the left, another on the opposite side, and a third by the other door containing a semiconductor. Avoid moving boxes by the vent cover to prevent an enemy encounter.
- 6Port Corridors: Stomp on the three bodies to avoid fighting additional enemies, or stack them and prepare to stasis them or hit the Infector. One Infector drops by the elevator, another by the save point. Enter the next area for a box by the save point. Go to the elevator. Two Infectors will drop; kill them quickly. Place the power block in the slot to take the lift up.
- 7Armory Corridors: Head down the narrow passage, turn right for two items, then go through the door.
- 8Armory: Destroy the exploders to the right. Force blast the divider. Two more bombers will emerge from the vent. Find an audio log by the shooting range, a node by the bench, and more items. Avoid the gravity panel.
- 9Shooting Range: This is optional but recommended, especially for Cutter or Hard runs. Ammo used is provided. Hit red targets, avoid blue ones. Rewards include ammo, a medium med pack, a semiconductor, and a power node. After beating all five rounds, ammo is no longer free. Aim for the middle, below the scoreboard, and keep your base sight to the left. Move to your target and ensure a shot rather than shooting quickly.
- 10Infirmary: A laser will kill a charging Twitcher. Grab the schematic to the left of the laser with kinesis. To get the box item, stasis the laser. A Twitcher will emerge from the vent; use the Force Gun to blast it into the laser's path. Use another stasis to get the box item. Get the final box item by the exit door before leaving.
- 11Barracks Corridors: A Twitcher will charge from the left, followed by exploders from both sides and a second from the left.
