Mercer's Journal: Found in the Main Lab, specifically in the bathroom.

Thermite: This audio log is located in Imaging Diagnostics, within the power node room. It must be obtained during Chapter 2.

Tips

Pay close attention to your minimap (a small map displayed on your HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap)) to help navigate to these audio log locations.
Some audio logs are missable if you do not acquire them within their specific availability windows, such as the Thermite log during Chapter 2.
