This is super straightforward. You'll pop this achievement as soon as you decide to start your cult for the 'One Who Waits'. Easy peasy!

Indoctrinate First Follower

After you meet up with Ratau and he gives you the lowdown on starting your cult, you'll soon get the chance to bring your very first follower into the fold. Just follow his lead, and you'll get this achievement naturally.

First Mini-Boss Defeated

You'll earn this achievement after you take down your first mini-boss. Seriously, as you play through the game, it's almost impossible to miss this one. Just keep playing and you'll get it!

First Doctrine Chosen

This one's simple too! You'll get this achievement right after you pick your very first doctrine for your cult.
