This guide is intended to cover everything needed to master the game, including strategies for perfecting combat. Some achievements can be confusing or complex, and there's a risk of needing to restart the entire game if certain achievements are missed. This guide aims to help players avoid such pitfalls.

The Beginning Achievements

Deal with the Devil: This achievement is unlocked after choosing to start a cult for the "One Who Waits."

Indoctrinate First Follower: After meeting Ratau and learning about cults, you will gain the ability to indoctrinate your first follower.

First Mini-Boss Defeated: This achievement is obtained after defeating your first mini-boss. It is nearly impossible to miss as you progress through the game.

First Doctrine Chosen: This achievement is unlocked after choosing your first doctrine.

First Ritual Performed: This achievement is obtained after performing your first ritual. It is a story-related achievement and cannot be missed.

Knucklebones Champion: Win a game of Knucklebones. It is recommended to learn how to play Knucklebones, as there is a more difficult achievement related to it.

Follower Dies of Old Age: This achievement is unlocked when your first follower dies of old age. This will happen naturally as you progress.

First Sacrifice: This achievement is obtained after sacrificing a follower for the first time. Once the sacrificing ritual is available, the rest should be easy. It is suggested to sacrifice followers as you play, as there is an achievement for sacrificing 10 followers, and the ritual cooldown can be inconvenient when needing to perform multiple sacrifices.

Follower Meat: Follower meat can be obtained from the meat of dead followers (from sacrifices or harvesting). It can also be obtained from Chemach by destroying wrapped-up dead bodies.
