First Doctrine Chosen
You will get this achievement after you choose your first doctrine.

First Ritual Performed
You will get this achievement after you perform your first ritual. This is story-related so it can't really be missed.

Knucklebones Champion
Exactly how it sounds. Just win a game of knucklebones. You should learn how to play knucklebones here if you want to 100% Cult of the Lamb, because there is an even harder achievement relating to knucklebones.

Follower Dies of Old Age
You will get this achievement when your first follower dies of old age. This will happen eventually as you progress in your cult of the lamb game.

First Sacrifice Made
This achievement you get after you sacrifice a follower for the first time. Once you get the sacrificing ritual, the rest should be easy. It is suggested to sacrifice followers as you play the game, because there is an achievement where you need to sacrifice 10 followers.

Follower Meat Acquired
As you go through the game you will probably come across the meat of your dead followers (for when you sacrifice or harvest the meat from a dead follower). You can also get follower meat from Chemach (by destroying the wrapped-up dead bodies).
