The Beginning Achievements:

1. Deal with the Devil: This achievement is unlocked after choosing to start a cult for the "One Who Waits."
2. Indoctrinate First Follower: After meeting Ratau and learning about cults, you will gain the ability to indoctrinate your first follower.
3. Defeat First Mini-Boss: This achievement is awarded upon defeating your first mini-boss. It is nearly impossible to miss as you progress through the game.
4. Choose First Doctrine: This achievement is obtained after selecting your first doctrine.
5. Perform First Ritual: This is a story-related achievement that cannot be missed, unlocked after performing your first ritual.
6. Win a Game of Knucklebones: Successfully win a game of Knucklebones. It is recommended to learn this game as there is a more difficult achievement related to it.
7. First Follower Dies of Old Age: This achievement is unlocked when your first follower passes away from old age, which will happen naturally as you progress.
8. Sacrifice a Follower: This achievement is earned after performing your first follower sacrifice. It is advised to sacrifice followers regularly, as there is another achievement for sacrificing 10 followers, and the ritual cooldown can be inconvenient.
9. Obtain Follower Meat: Follower meat can be obtained from Chemach by destroying the wrapped-up bodies of dead followers, in addition to harvesting meat from sacrificed or deceased followers.
