This guide aims to cover everything needed to achieve 100% completion in Cult of the Lamb, including strategies for complex achievements. It is the author's first guide, and feedback is welcome. A spoiler warning is in effect for some sections.

The Beginning Achievements

Deal with the Devil: Earned after choosing to start a cult for the "One Who Waits."

Indoctrination: Awarded after indoctrinating your first follower, which becomes available after meeting Ratau.

First Mini-Boss Defeated: This achievement is obtained after defeating your first mini-boss, an event that is difficult to miss as you progress.

First Doctrine Chosen: This achievement is unlocked after selecting your first doctrine.

First Ritual Performed: Awarded after performing your first ritual, which is a story-related event and cannot be missed.

Knucklebones Champion: Win a game of knucklebones. Learning this game is recommended for a later, more challenging knucklebones achievement.

Follower Dies of Old Age: This achievement is granted when your first follower passes away from old age, an event that will occur naturally over time.

First Sacrifice: Earned after performing your first follower sacrifice. It is advised to sacrifice followers regularly, as there is a separate achievement for sacrificing 10 followers, and the ritual cooldown can be inconvenient when nearing that goal.

Follower Meat: This resource can be obtained from the meat of dead followers (from sacrifices or harvesting bodies) or by destroying wrapped-up dead bodies found in the world, such as those from Chemach.
