• Deal with the Devil — Achieved by choosing to start a cult for the "One Who Waits."
• Indoctrinate Follower — Earned after indoctrinating your first follower.
• Defeat Mini-Boss — Awarded upon defeating your first mini-boss in the game.
• Choose First Doctrine — Obtained after selecting your first doctrine.
• Perform First Ritual — Granted after performing your first ritual, a story-related event.
• Win Knucklebones Game — Achieved by winning a game of Knucklebones. (Note: A more challenging Knucklebones achievement also exists.)
• Follower Dies of Old Age — Awarded when your first follower dies of old age.
• Sacrifice Follower — Earned after sacrificing a follower for the first time. (Tip: Sacrifice followers regularly as there's an achievement for sacrificing 10.)
