Step 5: Return to Elder Kael

Return the Glimmering Shard to Elder Kael in Ball x Pit. Earn Glimmering Dust and Essence Points, and unlock the Enchanter.

With the Glimmering Shard in hand, retrace your steps back through the Sunken Grotto and the Upper Reaches to the Pit Hub. Be aware that some enemies may have respawned, offering another opportunity to gather 'Glimmering Dust' and 'Scrap Metal'. Upon reaching the Pit Hub, return to Elder Kael. Interact with him to deliver the Glimmering Shard. He will thank you, provide you with a significant amount of 'Glimmering Dust' and 'Essence Points' as a reward, and unlock the next main quest, 'Echoes of the Deep'. This also typically unlocks new vendors or services in the Pit Hub, such as the 'Enchanter' for applying elemental effects to your gear. Congratulations on completing your first main quest!
