The 'Enchanter' in the Pit Hub allows you to imbue your gear with powerful magical properties. Enchantments add bonus stats (e.g., +Strength, +Critical Hit Damage), elemental damage (Fire, Ice, Arcane, Nature), or unique passive effects (e.g., 'Chance to Stun on Hit'). Enchanting requires 'Glimmering Dust' and specific 'Enchanting Essences' (e.g., 'Fire Essence', 'Arcane Dust'). Each item can typically hold one primary enchantment. Runes are special items that can be socketed into gear with 'Rune Slots'. Runes provide powerful, often build-defining, bonuses. For example, a 'Rune of Swiftness' might increase movement speed, while a 'Rune of Vigor' boosts health regeneration. Runes are rarer than enchantments and often found from boss drops or high-tier side quests. Experiment with different enchantments and runes to fine-tune your build.
